Important Health Reminder – Cold & Flu Season
Dear Parents,
As we enter cold and flu season, we want to make you aware that our school, along with others in the area, is seeing an increase in cases of various viruses, including the flu, strep throat, and common colds.
We are committed to keeping our school environment as healthy as possible by cleaning and disinfecting daily. However, many of these illnesses can be prevented by practicing good hygiene habits. Please help us reinforce the following with your children:
Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
Avoid sharing food, drinks, and utensils.
Cover coughs and sneezes with their elbow or a tissue.
Stay home if they have a fever or show cold/flu symptoms.
Your support in encouraging these healthy habits at home will help keep our students and staff well. Thank you for your cooperation and partnership in keeping our school community healthy!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As part of our commitment to student safety, we will do everything within our power to ensure that no action compromises the well-being or education of our students. This includes following legal protocols to protect the rights and privacy of all individuals within our school community.
Please know that we take this responsibility very seriously. We understand the trust you place in us when sending your children to school, and we are unwavering in our dedication to creating an environment where every student feels safe and valued.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for your partnership as we work together to support all students and their families.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we continue to navigate our e-learning days, we want to ensure that all students have a clear understanding of the expectations for attendance and participation.
E-Learning Day Attendance Requirements:
Students are expected to log in to their online classroom on the e-learning day to participate in lessons and activities.
If a student has difficulty logging in or is unable to access the class via computer, it is important that they contact their classroom teacher via email as soon as possible to report the issue.
For students who do not log in to the online classroom, they will need to complete the assigned work from the e-learning day or the packet sent home by the end of the week to ensure they are counted as present for the school day.
Please remember that e-learning days count as a full school day, and it is essential that students complete the necessary assignments in order to be marked present.
We appreciate your support . If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher.
Thank you for your cooperation!
